For Parent & Teens
Youth Empowerment
These 60-minute sessions are focused entirely on building the teen’s emotional resilience, confidence, and strategies for dealing with bullying (both school-related and online). Sessions can include role-playing, skill-building exercises, and peer support.
A private, supportive space for teens to connect with peers who are also dealing with bullying. Facilitated by a trained coach.
Resources tailored specifically to teens, including videos, activities, exercises, and worksheets on building self-esteem, recognizing bullying behaviors, and coping strategies.
Teens are given a challenge each month to complete, which helps them build resilience, such as standing up for themselves or developing a “self-care plan.”
A limited number of text check-ins for quick advice or support when a bullying issue arises.
Progress report for parents that explains what student will be covering in each session, monthly challenge tasks, and any specific tasks parents can do to support the goals set for that month.

Parent Empowerment
These 45-minute sessions are focused on helping parents understand the challenges their youth is facing, develop communication strategies for staying connected to them, and learning how to advocate for them at school and online, and ways to support their mental wellness through the challenges they face.
A supportive space for parents to connect, share advice, and find support from others who are dealing with similar concerns.
Access to downloadable tools, guides, templates, and worksheets (e.g., bullying action plans, self-care strategies, communication tips)
A curated newsletter with the latest tips, research, and articles on bullying prevention, coping strategies, and parenting teens.
Email access to coaches to answer any questions that come up between sessions.
Family Empowerment
Dedicated private 45-minute sessions for the youth, parent or both. The sessions will be tailored to the needs of the family. Youth will typically work on personal resilience, coping skills, and emotional well-being. Parents receive focused support on how to manage their emotions, support their teen, and navigate external challenges (e.g., school meetings, talking to other parents).
A supportive space for parents to connect, share advice, and find support from others who are dealing with similar concerns.
